Giving a second life to La Poste's vests: a large-scale circular project
Following a change of corporate identity, La Poste found itself with 20,000 customer service vests that were no longer usable. Rather than storing or disposing of them, the group called on LOSANJE to give them a second life through a committed, circular approach. The aim: to reconcile utility, ecology and brand consistency in a nationwide operation.
Transforming 5.5 tons of textiles into sustainable accessories
LOSANJE used the end-of-life vests to design two emblematic and complementary products: - a practical kit, designed for the everyday use of postal workers - a bob with a bold design, aimed at the general public In all, over 36,000 accessories were produced, made with respect for the materials, uses and identity of La Poste. Each product illustrates the ability of upcycling to offer concrete alternatives, even on a very large scale.

Distributed at over 1,500 sites in France, these upcycled accessories enable La Poste to: - avoid the destruction of thousands of items of clothing - drastically reduce its environmental footprint - anchor its CSR policy in concrete, useful objects - strengthen team pride through an innovative, coherent project
An exemplary upcycling project for employees
