Storytelling

Would you like to create meaningful products for your users and agents?

Upcycling gives new life to existing materials. Each product tells a story of commitment and transition.

Our process

Support from A to Z, designed for public-sector players

Do you have a specific textile need? We'll help you turn it into an impact project.
STEP 1
Brief & Co-design

We discuss your needs, constraints and objectives (quantities, brand image, usage, CSR issues, etc.) with you.

On this basis, our design office creates customized products, either with you or independently.

STEP 2
Prototyping & Sourcing

We develop prototypes based on your creative intentions.

Once validated, we select textiles at the end of their life cycle (dormant stocks, unsold items, sorting channels), traced and checked to meet your specifications.

STEP 3
Production & Delivery

Cutting takes place in our Nevers factory; mass production is carried out by our audited partners in France and Europe.

You receive your upcycled products, ready for use (sales, distribution, endowments, etc.).

"We called on LOSANJE to produce backpacks designed from pants collected at sorting centers. The experience was seamless, the process very clear, with a real educational approach to environmental impact. Our employees were delighted to receive a meaningful, useful and committed product. A very fine project, both human, ecological and symbolic."

Denis Jaillard
Purchasing Manager

"For our project to enhance the Olympic Games 2024 communications media spread across the MEL territory, we worked with LOSANJE and Résilience on the design of upcycled textile products. Their professionalism, creativity, patience and responsiveness were decisive in creating possibilities beyond our expectations. The result lives up to our ambitions: beautiful, heritage-bearing products that are consistent with our ecological commitments and perfectly integrated into our responsible purchasing policy."

Michel Dao
Buyer

"The collaboration with LOSANJE has been a complete success. It all began with a study of our old products, in particular basketball jerseys from previous seasons. Within a few weeks, design boards were proposed, a 360° reflection was carried out, until the release of a capsule collection. The T-shirts sold out in a week. It's rare to see such responsiveness and relevance at all levels - creation, production, and storytelling."

Clément Cadiou
Retail Manager Merchanding

"With LOSANJE, we carried out one of our most ambitious textile recycling projects ever: over 5 tonnes of customer service vests were transformed into kits for distribution to the agents themselves. Much more than a recycling operation, it was a gesture of transmission, an object of memory, carrying meaning for those who embody our relationship with the public on a daily basis. All with a measurable environmental impact: several thousand kilos of CO2 avoided, millions of liters of water saved. LOSANJE was able to support us with great rigor and sensitivity on this emblematic project."

I don't have any material, can I still work with you?

Absolutely! We offer two complementary approaches:

1. Sourcing responsible materials
Our network of partners enables us to source certified textiles, dormant stocks from other companies or eco-responsible materials adapted to your specifications.

2. Mixed approach
We combine external sourcing and optimization of your internal resources to create the most economically and ecologically coherent solution.

The Losanje team will support you right from the diagnostic stage to identify the best strategy to meet your CSR objectives, budget and deadlines.

What materials do you use?

We work with a wide variety of textile materials:

  • Your existing stocks: unsold items, production offcuts, obsolete textiles of all kinds
  • Certified materials: organic cotton, linen, hemp, recycled fibers
  • Technical textiles: recycled polyester, regenerated nylon, innovative blends
  • Natural materials: wool, silk, plant fibers

Our technical team evaluates each material to determine its upcycling potential and propose the best recycling solutions for your project.

What is upcycling?

Upcycling is the process of transforming used materials or products into new objects of superior quality or added value. Unlike traditional recycling, which breaks down materials, upcycling preserves and adds value to existing materials by giving them a more noble second life. At Losanje, we apply this philosophy to textiles, transforming your unsold or unused materials into tailor-made finished products, combining creativity, durability and performance.

Whether you're looking to add value to your inventory, launch a sustainable project or make progress on your CSR commitments, we're here to support you.
