Where is Losanje located? Can I work remotely?
Our team is split between our textile workshop in Nevers and our office in Paris. Some positions may be partially open to telecommuting, depending on the assignment. The most important thing for us is to maintain fluid collaboration, even at a distance.
Do I need to know anything about upcycling or the circular economy to apply?
Not necessarily. All new arrivals are trained in industrial upcycling as soon as they arrive. What counts for us is your desire to learn and to contribute to a more sustainable textile industry.
What kind of profiles do you recruit?
Our needs change depending on the project: styling, production, project management, communication, sourcing, etc. We remain open to unsolicited applications, especially if you are motivated by the challenges of the textile circular economy.
What is the corporate culture at Losanje?

After an enriching first experience in the world of television and audiovisual production, I decided to return to Nevers to launch my own business as a photographer and videographer. At the same time, I embarked on the Losanje adventure alongside my friends Simon and Mathieu.
I work closely with the communications team to tell the company's story and values through images.

About us
I wanted a job that combined creativity and technical skills, and the model-maker's job was just right for me! I bring the designer's drawing to life with an industrial prototype, while keeping in mind the constraints and specificities of textiles, each project and upcycling. With their specific know-how, my team then cuts and sews the upcycled production. With a multi-disciplinary degree in fashion design, creative direction and pattern-making, enriched by experience in garment manufacturing, I specialized in unisex fashion and self-taught upcycling techniques.
I joined Losanje three years ago, with the conviction that creating fashion means giving it meaning, asserting its values and assuming its responsibilities in one of the most polluting sectors.
Within this innovative company, I can contribute to reinventing the textile sector, rather than prolonging its excesses.
It's with this in mind that I'm committed to offering fashion that tells a different story, respects resources and opens up new perspectives.

At Losanje, I deal specifically with strategy definition, financial and HR management, as well as production and workshop supervision.
I don't come from a fashion background, but I launched Losanje with a strong conviction: upcycling can - and must - be the next revolution in the textile sector.
